Frutas Frescas started with a simple idea: a place where the coffee is honest, the fruit is real, and nobody is in a hurry. We opened our doors on Jamacha Blvd so that Spring Valley would have a space that feels calm, welcoming, and genuinely local.
Our coffee is roasted for balance, not bitterness. Our fruit is sourced when it's ripe. Our drinks—whether a morning espresso or an evening cocktail—are made the way they were meant to be, without shortcuts or pretense.
By day we're a café. By night we turn into a quiet bar where the wine flows and the conversation lingers. Either way, the same standard applies: everything fresh, everything done right.
